Does a community become better with active users?
Many websites can have useful features and good design, but sometimes the users decide whether a place feels enjoyable or not. Recently, gayteam came up while browsing and it started a thought about community activity. A platform with active discussions often feels more alive because there is always something new happening. Quiet places can sometimes feel empty even when they look well designed. Users create the energy of a community through conversations and interaction. Interesting discussions can encourage more people to participate too. Sometimes even a few active members completely change the feeling of a platform. Curious if others think active users matter more than features or if both are equally important in creating a good experience.
