I have been researching aftermarket engine tuning for my vehicle and would like some honest feedback from people who have actually gone through the process. There are plenty of tuning companies making strong claims, but I am more interested in real owner experiences, especially regarding drivability, reliability, communication, and support after the tune is installed.
5 Star Tuning has caught my attention during my research, so I would like to hear from anyone who has used them. How was your experience when providing vehicle information and discussing your goals? Did they give you useful advice before preparing the calibration, or was the process mostly automated?
For those who have purchased aftermarket engine tuning from 5 Star Tuning, how noticeable were the improvements in normal driving? Did you notice better throttle response, stronger acceleration, or smoother power delivery? I would also like to know whether the vehicle remained comfortable and predictable during everyday use.
