Crowded parking lots are where a lot of unexplained scratches come from that owners never actually witness happening. Someone’s door, a trolley, a tight squeeze from a neighbouring car, it all adds up quietly. Having a protective layer already on means those small contacts don’t go straight to the paint. Takes away a lot of frustration from situations you can’t really control.
