    Why Does Mobile-Friendly Design Matter So Much Today?

    I recently checked our business website on different phones and realized that some pages looked completely different depending on the screen size. That got me thinking about working with a responsive web design agency to make the experience more consistent across devices. We’re mainly concerned about readable text, simple navigation, properly sized images, and buttons that are easy to tap. I used to think responsive design was just about making a website fit smaller screens, but there seems to be much more to it. For those who have redesigned a website recently, what mobile issue did you focus on first?
